MASTER THE ART OF GROUND FIGHTING
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to teach the principles of leverage, technique, and control, enabling students to defend themselves against larger and stronger opponents. Whether you’re interested in self-defense, competition, or fitness, BJJ is an excellent way to challenge yourself physically and mentally.
Karate at RCMA focuses on striking techniques, self-discipline, and personal growth. Our program is perfect for those looking to improve their self-defense skills, build confidence, and develop a deep understanding of traditional martial arts. Suitable for all ages and levels.
Capoeira is a unique martial art that combines elements of self-defense, acrobatics, music, and dance. It’s a fun and energetic way to improve your coordination, strength, and agility while learning about Brazilian culture. Classes are open to all skill levels.
